New bylaws in the field of state aid control presented to municipal representatives
Representatives of 12 municipalities from central and southern Serbia participated in a workshop on state aid rules held in Vrnjačka Banja on Wednesday, 23 April 2021.
The workshop was organised by the project Support to the Commission for Control of State Aid, as the 12th in a row for representatives of municipalities in Serbia.
Project experts presented new bylaws in Serbia in the field of state aid control, adopted after entering into force of the new Law on State Aid Control. They also gave presentations on how to write a state aid scheme and presented to the participants state aid rules are for services of general economic interest as well as state aid rules for rehabilitation and restructuring.
The workshop was attended by 23 representatives in total, coming from the municipalities of Ćuprija, Rekovac, Varvarin, Jagodina, Vrnjačka Banja, Raška, Aleksandrovac, Trstenik, Kragujevac, Brus, Knić and Paraćin.
